We are pleased to accommodate changes or amendments to your booking date and time, free of any additional charges, provided this is done more than 24 hours prior to the original booking. This applies specifically to your first-time amendment and is in compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Tick Taxi.

Should you need to alter your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, an amendment fee of £20 will be applicable.

Payments and Deposits

We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and all card payments. Our payments are done through Stripe, the most trusted online payment service.

Refund Policy

We are the only taxi company guarantee full refund upon request in the occasion of late pickup for Airport Transfers. It may take up to 10 working for the refund to appear on customer bank accounts as per Stripe notice.

Airport Bookings

In the event that you are not present at the predetermined meeting point, our team will make earnest efforts to contact you. If we are unable to establish contact and there is no communication from your end within a 45-minute period, the booking will be considered void, and you will be held accountable for the full fare.

All Other Pickups (Non-Airports)

Failure to be ready for departure from the designated pickup location within 5 minutes of your designated booking time will result in the contract being nullified. Any funds remitted to Tick Taxi will be non-refundable.

Missed Flight

It is important to note that in the event of a missed flight, without providing us with a notice of more than 12 hours, the booking will be canceled without any possibility of a refund. If, however, you have provided us with more than 12 hours notice, we will be able to amend your booking to accommodate your revised schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel more than 24 hours before the booking, any deposited amount will be refunded to you.

If you decide to cancel less than 24 hours but 6 hours prior to booking you could be charged up to 50% of the full fare. 

Diverted Flight

Please be aware that in the event your flight is diverted and lands at an alternate airport, your taxi booking will be automatically annulled, and a refund will not be issued. Should you return to the original airport and require our services, a new booking will need to be made, and payment will be necessary.

Waiting Charges Policy (Airports)

In cases where contact is established within 45 minutes of your flight landing/docking time, but you surpass the allocated 45-minute waiting allowance, waiting charges will be applicable as follows: £15 for up to 30 minutes.This arrangement should be mutually agreed upon with the driver, who retains the right to decline waiting.

Failure to establish contact within 45 minutes will result in the booking being canceled, without any refund.

Refusal to settle waiting charges will lead to the cancellation of the taxi service, with no refund.

Waiting Charges Policy (Non-Airports)

For journeys not originating from an airport, if contact is initiated within the first 5 minutes, waiting charges of £15 will apply for up to 30 minutes following the initial 5 minutes. This arrangement should be mutually agreed upon with the driver, who retains the right to decline waiting.


All luggage is required to be placed within the designated luggage compartment of the vehicle. Luggage is not allowed within the passenger area to prevent vehicle damage and ensure passenger safety in the event of an accident.

We cannot assume responsibility for any luggage damage. Additionally, all luggage must be suitably packed in travel cases.

Any Additional luggage not declared during the booking, customer will be liable for an extra 20£ per each luggage. Additionally driver has the right to cancel the trip if they believe it is not safe to carry all luggage in the car. In this case customer will not be refunded. 

Food and Drink

Please note that all our vehicles strictly prohibit eating or drinking onboard. Violations could result in a £50 fee. Drinking water is the only exception.


While we take pride in delivering timely service, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion or breakdowns may occasionally lead to delays. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of the updated estimated arrival time. If you choose to cancel and make alternative arrangements, a full refund will be provided. However, if you opt to wait and our driver arrives at the revised time, no refund will be issued. We kindly request that you refrain from requesting compensation thereafter.

Bristol Airport Collections

Upon your arrival, our driver will send you a text message and initiate a phone call to coordinate the meeting at the Drop & Go area when you are prepared.

Meet & Greets

The driver will be located within the terminal 30 minutes following your flight’s landing, holding a name board for easy identification.

In instances where a meet and greet is not successfully completed, a refund for this specific portion of your journey will be processed.

Additional Items

Child seats can be provided upon request at an additional £5.
