Make the airport taxi part of your hotel welcome.

Book your guests' airport cars from your front desk. They land to a driver who has tracked their flight, and pay a fixed fare agreed before they fly: from £39 to the city centre, or £59 to Bath. Your hotel earns 10% on every booking, up to £10.

The problems we take off your desk

Airport transport happens outside your hotel, but your guests still judge the stay by it. Here's what goes wrong today, and what we do about each one.

The problem

The taxi ride ends up in your reviews

A study of TripAdvisor reviews of airport hotels in five European cities, including London, found that guests frequently mention transport the hotels don't even offer. We make that first hour go right: flight tracked, 45 minutes of free waiting after they land, a fixed fare agreed before they fly.

The problem

Night shift ringing round for a car at 4am

Your team books the early run at check-in through the portal, at a fixed fare that is the same at 4am as at 4pm.

The problem

Guests worried about what the fare will be

The price, including any extras like child seats, is agreed before they travel, from £39 to the city centre, and they pay it through a secure link.

The problem

Not knowing when a guest will walk in

A screen at reception shows the airport pickups you have booked on their way in, so your team knows when to expect them. Free to founding partners.

The problem

Recommending a firm that might not turn up

If a guest you booked is left waiting because our car isn't there, that journey is free and we pay for the taxi they take instead.

The problem

Transport that earns your hotel nothing

Every booking your team makes earns your hotel 10% of what the guest pays, up to £10, paid monthly with a one-page report.

What partnering is worth to your hotel

  • Reviews matter. Cornell research found a 1-point rise in a hotel's 100-point ReviewPro review index led to up to a 1.42% rise in revenue per available room.
  • Revenue from every booking. At least £137 a month on 20 city centre and 10 Bath runs, paid to the hotel company.
  • Time back for your team. Bookings in the portal, payments by secure link, and no ringing round at night.
  • Seen by travellers. A free listing on our site, which thousands of travellers use every month, and in our city guide.
  • A screen at reception. Free to founding partners and installed within a week.
  • No risk. Nothing to pay to join, and our no-show promise covers every guest you book.

Review value: Cornell Center for Hospitality Research, 2012 . Revenue example uses our "from" saloon fares.

What changes for your guests

The first and last hour of a stay happen before check-in and after check-out, which is exactly why they're so hard for a hotel to control. Here's what a partnership changes.

Landing late at Bristol Airport

Without a partner A queue at the rank, or a hunt for a car at midnight.

With Tick Taxi A driver who has tracked the flight, with 45 minutes of free waiting after they land.

Knowing the price

Without a partner On a metered ride, they find out what it cost at the end.

With Tick Taxi A fixed fare agreed before they fly. The 4am fare is the 4pm fare.

Arriving at your door

Without a partner Your desk doesn't know they're 20 minutes away until they walk in.

With Tick Taxi Your reception screen shows their airport pickup on the way, so your team knows when to expect them.

An early flight home

Without a partner Someone on the night shift rings round for a car.

With Tick Taxi Booked at check-in through your portal, with a live tracking link sent to the guest.

What your guests pay, and what you earn

Your guests pay our online prices, already 20% below our standard fares, however they're booked. Your hotel earns 10% of each booking, up to £10. Here's what that looks like on some common journeys.

Journey Your guest pays (our online price) Your hotel earns (10%, up to £10)
Bristol Airport to Bristol city centre or Temple Meads from £39 from £3.90
Bristol Airport to Clifton from £42 from £4.20
Bristol Airport to Bradley Stoke or Filton from £49 from £4.90
Bristol Airport to Bath from £59 from £5.90
Bristol to London Heathrow from £179 £10
Bristol to London Gatwick from £229 £10

For example: on our "from" saloon fares, a desk that books 20 city centre runs and 10 Bath runs in a month earns your hotel at least £137 that month, paid to the hotel company.

Saloon fares, whole car not per person. Estates, MPVs and 8-seaters cost more. Fares and terms checked October 2026.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    We visit your desk

We set up your portal, show your team how to book, and book a test journey together. The reception screen is free to founding partners and installed within a week.

  2. Step 2

    Your guests travel with us

Your team books in the portal, or guests book themselves from the link in your confirmation email. Guests you book in the portal get a live tracking link and a secure payment link.

  3. Step 3

    You get paid monthly

We pay your 10% monthly with a one-page report. If our car isn't there for a guest you booked, that journey is free and we pay for the taxi they take instead.

Everything your hotel gets

A partner portal

Your team books journeys for guests, and each guest gets a live tracking link and a secure payment link, so your desk doesn't take card details.

Your hotel on this page, and in our WeKnowBristol or WeKnowBath city guide, marked clearly as a partner listing.

A visit to your desk

We come in, show your team the portal and book a test journey together.

Our no-show promise

Questions hotels ask

Does it cost the hotel anything?

No. There's nothing to pay to join. We pay your hotel's fee monthly under a short written agreement.

Who receives the 10%?

The hotel company, paid monthly under a written agreement. It's 10% of what the guest pays, up to £10 a booking, and we never pay it to individual members of staff.

What do my guests pay?

Our online prices, from £39 to the city centre and £59 to Bath, which are already 20% below our standard fares. They pay through a secure link, whether your desk books them in the portal or by phone, or they book from your link.

What happens if your car isn't there?

If a guest you booked is left waiting because our car isn't there, that journey is free and we pay for the taxi they take instead.

Can you invoice the hotel instead of the guest paying?

Yes, on request. We send one invoice a month on 30-day terms, along with a one-page monthly report.

Do executive cars, wedding cars and tours count?

Yes. Bookings with our sister companies made through your portal or your booking link earn the same 10%, up to £10 a booking.

See it at your own desk

Give us 15 minutes and we'll show your team the portal, book a test journey together, and answer your team's questions. We're taking ten founding partners across Bath and Bristol.
