Tell us your mobility needs when you book, before you assume anything either way. Most of our cars can carry a folded manual wheelchair or mobility aid in the boot while you transfer to a seat, and drivers will help with that transfer if asked. We don't currently list dedicated wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs) that let you travel while remaining seated in your wheelchair, so if that's what you need, ask us directly and we'll tell you plainly whether we can help or point you towards a licensed WAV operator.

What we can confirm
A folding manual wheelchair, walking frame or other mobility aid fits in the boot of our saloons, estates and MPVs alongside luggage, and the fare doesn't change because of it. Tell us at booking so the right size car is sent and the driver knows to allow time and help at the kerb. If you use crutches, a rollator or need a bit longer getting in and out, say so and we'll build that into the pickup.
What we can't confirm yet
We don't have a published wheelchair-accessible vehicle in our fleet list, so we're not going to claim one we can't stand behind. If you need to travel without transferring out of your wheelchair, call us on 0117 966 6666 before you book and we'll give you a straight answer on the day, rather than a maybe. If we can't help, Bristol City Council maintains a list of licensed wheelchair-accessible taxi operators, and it's worth checking that alongside us.
Booking it right
However you travel, give us your flight number and as much detail as you can about the mobility aid and any help needed at pickup and drop-off. The driver waits in the short stay car park, about two minutes from the arrivals exit, and meet and greet (£15) puts a driver inside the terminal with a name board if that extra help matters to you.
The honest version
We'd rather tell you clearly what we can and can't do than have you find out at the kerb. If a standard car with boot storage for a folded wheelchair works for you, we can help today at the normal fixed price. If you need a vehicle you can stay seated in, ask before you book so nobody's caught out.
