What actually happens
You land, clear passport control and collect your bags, and walk out of the single arrivals exit. Your driver is there with a board showing your name, takes your cases, and walks you to the car in the Drop Off & Pick Up car park, a short walk through the Transport Interchange. When you can skip it
If you're a couple with cabin bags who've used Bristol before, the standard pickup is genuinely fine. The Drop Off & Pick Up car park is a 3 to 5 minute walk from the terminal, about 140 metres, and you'll have the driver's number to find each other. We'd rather you saved the £15 than paid for a walk you were happy to do.
