Yes. Bristol Airport says it "operates 24 hours a day", and aircraft do arrive and depart overnight, within a limit of 4,000 movements a year in the night period from 23:30 to 06:00. Tick Taxi runs 24/7 as well, and a 3am pickup costs the same fixed fare as 3pm: there is no night rate.

The night flying rules
Night flights are allowed at Bristol, but capped:
- Night period: 23:30 to 06:00.
- Movements: no more than 4,000 in the night period each year.
- Noise quota: every movement is given a quota count based on how noisy the aircraft is, with a limit of 1,260 for the summer period and 900 for the winter.
- The noisiest aircraft: types with a quota count of 4 or more are banned from being scheduled.
So yes, you can land at Bristol Airport after midnight. The rules don't tell you when your own flight leaves or lands; for that, use the airport's departures and arrivals boards.

Security overnight, and delayed evening flights
Security isn't open round the clock. Central Search closes after the final scheduled departure each day, which matters when an evening flight is delayed: the airport's advice is to still arrive at least 2 hours before the original scheduled time, not the delayed one.
First thing in the morning, Fast Track works differently. Before 8am, Fast Track passengers use their own dedicated channel; after 8am they get a priority lane inside Central Search.

Getting there and home at night
Two Airport Flyer buses run through the night. The A1 to Bristol runs 24 hours a day, and the A2, towards Nailsea, Backwell and Portishead, runs up to every hour, 24 hours a day. If you're one person with light bags, going somewhere on those routes, the bus is a perfectly good answer at 3am, and we'd say so. The exceptions are the holidays: the A1, A3 and A4 don't run on Christmas Day, and the A2 doesn't run on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
For everyone else, most of our night work is exactly this: early departures out to the terminal, and late arrivals coming home. Tick Taxi runs 24/7, the fare is fixed when you book and is the same at 3am as at 3pm, and on a late landing we track the flight, so the first 45 minutes from the actual landing time are free. The driver loads the bags.

Staying at the airport overnight
The on-site hotel is the Hampton by Hilton, with a direct walkway to the terminal. Whether you can wait in the terminal itself overnight before a morning flight is one to confirm with the airport before you plan on it. We don't state it here because we couldn't confirm it from an official page.
The other way round an early flight is a pickup in the small hours at the daytime fare. How long the drive takes from your town, and what it costs, is on How long does it take to get to Bristol Airport?
