Yes. We run 24 hours, so a 3am or 4am pickup is a normal job rather than a special one, and the fare is the same as it would be at 4pm. From £39 to the city centre. The one thing to know: book it the day before, because we don't take new bookings overnight.

What 24 hours actually means here
Two different things get called "24 hours" and it's worth separating them, because the difference is what catches people out at 2am.

So the journey isn't the constraint, the booking window is. If you're reading this at midnight wondering about a 4am car, book it now for tomorrow rather than tonight, and you're fine.
What time to leave for an early flight
Bristol Airport asks you to be there two and a half hours before a short-haul departure in the 5am to 8am peak. Working back from a 6am flight, that means being at the terminal by 3:30am:

Why the price doesn't change overnight
Because it's fixed when you book, and nothing after that moves it. There's no night rate, no weekend rate and no surge. The 4am fare is the 4pm fare, and a bank holiday costs what a Tuesday costs.
That's the practical difference between booking ahead and opening an app at 4am. App pricing rises with demand, and demand at 4am on a Monday in half term is exactly when you least want to find that out.
The alternative, honestly
The A1 Flyer bus runs 24 hours a day and costs from £9.50, so for one person with hand luggage it's cheaper than any taxi and we'll say so. What it can't do is come to your door at 2:55am in Bath, and it won't help you at all from most of the areas in the table above.
Uber operates in Bristol but has no official rank at the airport, and availability thins out at exactly these hours. It might work. It's the option with the widest range of outcomes at 4am.
Landing late rather than leaving early
If your flight arrives near or after midnight, the same 24-hour cover applies and the tracking does the work: we watch the flight number, the pickup moves with it, and the first 45 minutes after you land are free while you clear the terminal. A two-hour delay costs you nothing extra.
