Arrow Cars is no longer Bristol Airport's taxi partner: Zoom Cars took over on 1 February 2026 after winning a five-year tender, and runs the airport's walk-in taxi booking office on the forecourt. There's no taxi rank at the airport. If you'd rather have a car and a price settled before you travel, Tick Taxi is a licensed private hire operator: fixed from £39 to Bristol city centre, the same both ways, with flight tracking and the first 45 minutes after your actual landing free.

What actually changed
Bristol Airport's official taxi partner is now Zoom Cars, not Arrow Cars. Zoom Cars runs the taxi office on the forecourt, between the Transport Interchange and the terminal, and its cars wait in dedicated bays in the Drop Off & Pick Up car park. That's a change to who holds the airport's taxi contract, not a comment on either company. If you used to book Arrow Cars directly for airport runs, ask them what they can still offer before you rely on it.

What every Tick Taxi booking includes: a fare fixed in writing with the £8.50 car park charge already in it and no night rate, flight tracking, the first 45 minutes after your actual landing free (then £5 per 15-minute block), and free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
