The £19.50 is two separate tickets added together, not a through fare, and it assumes the connection at Temple Meads goes smoothly. Miss the Flyer by five minutes at that station and you're waiting for the next one with your cases on the platform.

Neither the train nor the buses have a dedicated luggage van. There's no formal limit on what you can bring, but you're carrying it yourself between the platform at Bath Spa, the platform at Temple Meads, and then on and off the bus. For a case each, that's manageable. The A4 Airport Flyer runs hourly, through the night as well, every day except Christmas Day, so there is a bus at almost any hour. The train side is different: services from Bath Spa thin out early and late and the timetable changes through the year, so we won't print an exact first or last departure here and risk it being wrong by the time you travel.
